We’re currently looking for a 1st Shift Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to work with precision equipment, contribute directly to the production of quality products, and grow your skills in a safety-focused environment that believes in training and promotion from within.

What You’ll Do

As a Press Brake Operator, your responsibilities will include:

• Setting up and operating press brake machines according to established procedures and safety guidelines
• Verifying correct materials, tooling, and programs are used based on work orders
• Producing quality parts while meeting production and quality standards
• Performing basic preventative maintenance, housekeeping, and organization of your assigned work area
• Working collaboratively with team members to support production goals

What We’re Looking For

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Prior press brake or machine operating experience is preferred, but entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply — training is available
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
