Main Duties & Responsibilities
The Machine Operator is responsible for visually inspecting
and packaging products to ensure they meet customer requirements. This role
must be carried out in compliance with Intertech’s ISO Quality Management
System, following all established production processes and procedures. The
manufacturing area is a controlled environment, and Machine Operators are
required to wear appropriate PPE—such as lab coats, hair nets, and latex
gloves—at all times.
Shift Hours: Rotating 4 on 3 off schedule
A shift Sunday - Tuesday and every other
Wednesday 5:50am - 6:00pm.
C shift Sunday - Tuesday and every other Wednesday 5:50pm - 6:00am.
B shift - Every other Wednesday. Thursday, Friday, and Saturday 5:50am - 6:00pm.
D shift - Every other Wednesday. Thursday, Friday, and Saturday 5:50pm - 6:00am.
Performance Accountability:
Safety / Cleanliness (Proper use of PPE and appropriate attire for particulate
control as required)
Training Compliance and adherence to production processes and procedures
Quality and workmanship
Performance - Adherence to cycle time standards
Attendance
Housekeeping
Key
Responsibilities:
Visually inspect and package product in accordance with documented
specifications
Complete and maintain accurate production records and paperwork
Accurately record scrap hourly
Communicate defects and production issues with supervisor
Perform sub-assembly operations
Maintain a clean work environment
Additional duties as assigned
Experience and Qualifications:
Previous experience working in an ISO controlled environment preferred
Previous injection molding or manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to comprehend and follow visual, written, and verbal instructions
Manual dexterity required to handle, sort, assemble, and/or package small parts
Detail oriented
On-Site: This role is required to be on-site 3 or 4 days at the Denver, Colorado location.

Compensation
In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the expected pay range for this position is $19.30.
Compensation can vary depending on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, competencies, and geographic location. Some roles may qualify for extra incentives like equity, commissions, or other variable performance-related bonuses.
