What you will do

What you will do

The Technician is responsible for supporting manufacturing processes by implementing all aspects of process improvement, equipment setup, testing, documentation, problem correction and related tooling.

  • Operate and monitor Powder production equipment to ensure safe, stable, and efficient manufacturing operations while meeting daily production targets.
  • Execute routine operational tasks, including start-up, shutdown, changeover, cleaning, sanitizing, and process controls.
  • Perform frontline troubleshooting and escalation to minimize production disruptions and support recovery of operations.
  • Conduct Operator Asset Care (OAC) activities to improve equipment reliability, OEE, and line performance.
  • Support loss elimination and continuous improvement initiatives.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Vocational Diploma or bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering
  • Able to communicate in English
  • Able to work in shifts, 6 days per week
  • Understand in PLC,
  • Work location: Johnson & Johnson (Ladkrabang Industrial Estate, Bangkok)
