We are currently seeking Machine Operator, with the below qualifications:

Job Overview

The Injection Molding Machine Operator is responsible for inspecting and handling

molded plastic products in accordance with established quality standards and customer

requirements. This position performs quality checks, packages and palletizes finished

goods, applies product identification labels, and maintains accurate production

documentation as required. The Machine Operator is responsible for maintaining a clean

and organized work area, complying with site Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and

following all safety, quality, and operational procedures to support efficient production and

customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform in-process inspections of parts to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Sort, trim, cut, and pack finished products according to work instructions and customer

specifications.

  • Participate in rotation assignments between machines as directed.
  • Document production data accurately using provided forms or systems.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and surrounding areas.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
  • Support training programs for new operators or cross-training activities.
  • Follow established troubleshooting procedures and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support overall production and quality objectives.

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Follow all plant safety procedures, policies, and regulations.
  • Comply with applicable quality standards including ISO 9001 and ISO 13485.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with supervisors and peers.
  • Assist with identifying opportunities for process improvement or efficiency gains.
  • Ensure final products meet or exceed customer expectations for quality and appearance.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move materials and finished products weighing up to 50 pounds

periodically throughout the shift.

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing

operations.

Specific Skill Set

Communication Clear verbal communication with team and leadership.

Presentation Able to teach and assist others

System Familiarity with production tracking tools or basic data

entry.

Analytics Ability to detect product defects and follow specifications.

Exposure

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience in a plastic manufacturing or injection molding environment preferred.
  • Ability to read and understand basic work instructions, part diagrams, and safety signage.
  • Basic math skills and familiarity with metric and standard measurements.
  • Must be a team player and able to work with minimal supervision.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The work environment is usually in an office within a manufacturing facility with low to

moderate noise level. The work environment characteristics described here are

representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of

this job.
