MACHINE OPERATOR – AKRON, OH

$18-$20/HR TO START | FULL-TIME | OVERTIME AVAILABLE

We're seeking a Machine Operator to help process stainless steel and aluminum materials in a busy production environment. This role is ideal for someone who likes hands-on work, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in producing quality products.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Operating and monitoring production equipment
• Reading work orders and production schedules
• Inspecting materials to ensure quality standards are met
• Taking measurements using gauges, rulers, and tape measures
• Troubleshooting equipment and production issues
• Operating forklifts and overhead cranes
• Assisting with material movement and production flow

WHAT WE'D LIKE TO SEE:

• Manufacturing or machine operation experience
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
• Experience with forklifts, cranes, or industrial equipment is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attendance and reliability
