position is with our Consumer Brands business unit – where we empower our

What you´ll do

  • Operate and maintain fabric softener sheet packaging line equipment to produce high quality fabric softener sheet finished goods.
  • Equipment: slitters / folders / stackers, cartoners, shrink-wrappers, case formers / sealers / packers, and palletizers
  • Operate and maintain process line coating equipment to produce high quality coated fabric softener sheet rolls. Equipment: tanks, pumps, coating process lines, roll re-winder
  • Correctly perform and record quality assurance checks
  • Accurately complete daily production documentation
  • Perform packaging or process line changes for various sheet formulas, products, cartons and case sizes
  • Rotate work or assignment areas to maintain skills and provide team member training opportunities
  • Take an active role in shift turnover discussions, shift performance reviews, and team meetings
  • Keep equipment and work areas clean to ensure a safe, productive operation
  • Complete rework activities to reduce or eliminate material losses
  • Train other associates on methods, procedures, and technique
  • Maintain an awareness of and use Good Manufacturing Practices

The
hourly pay range for this role is $23.50 and $26.10. This range reflects the
good‑faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to
offer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classified
as non‑exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with
federal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in
this position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or
other forms of compensation, depending on role and location. The Company also
offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation
will depend on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, training,
certifications, and work location. This job posting is intended to comply with
