Our Kingsville Distribution Center, a 150,000 sq. ft. refrigerated facility operating 24/7, is currently seeking a Full Time Machine Operator to join our team. The essential function of this position is safely operating the machines at the highest possible efficiency while tracking production and scrap.
Shift: Monday through Saturday 6:00pm to 2:00am

Wage: $18.15/hour
Primary Responsibilities:
• Report to the shift supervisor about any issues on their machine, product or department.
• Monitoring how the machine is running and fixing any minor problems.
• Understanding and following all safety precautions and startup/shutdown procedures.
• Track all pertinent information: initial scrap, product quality, cases produced.
• Complete start up and shutdown checklist daily.
• Operate the machine in a way that eliminates down time and boosts efficiency.
• Maintaining a clean workspace.
• Understanding and following pertinent SQF regulations.
• Ability to run the machine in accordance to customer specs.
• Achieve daily production goals set by area supervisor.
• Knowledge of customer specifications.
Education/Background Requirements:
• Previous experience in production environment preferred.
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
• Must have manual dexterity to perform computer skills.
• Basic mechanical ability.
• Must be high-performance team player and be willing to work in a dynamic, growing, demanding and fastpaced
environment.
• Proficiency in use of English language with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision and take ownership of job.
• Visual and audio sensory are needed regularly.
Working Conditions:
• Environment includes an expansive refrigerated warehouse, where the temperature averages 48-53
degrees Fahrenheit. The background noise approaches 70 dcbs.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. consistently throughout the day.
