Job Title:

Production Operator / Packaging Operator

Area:

Greendale, IN (West of Cincinnati)

Shift:

Manufacturing Shift Schedule (Shift flexibility may be required)

• Support beverage production and packaging operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Inspect materials and finished product to ensure quality, food safety, and packaging standards are met
• Maintain smooth production flow by supplying materials, clearing jams, and coordinating with forklift drivers and production staff
• Perform visual inspections for defects such as damaged containers, incorrect codes, or packaging issues
• Count and track production materials throughout the shift while maintaining accurate documentation
• Assist with changeovers, rework, palletizing, and depalletizing activities as needed
• Maintain clean work areas while following GMP, food safety, and safety procedures at all times
