Salary Range: $17.00 - $22.50 Hourly

Position Overview:
Del Medical is seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HAAS CNC. This position is vital to ensure the precision forming and bending of metal components used in our medical equipment production, maintaining high-quality standards that Del Medical is known for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to form metal components according to engineering designs and specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and production orders to determine correct machine settings for each job.
- Make necessary adjustments to press brake controls, tool positions, and material alignment to achieve precise bends and shapes.
- Perform in-process inspections to ensure that parts conform to required tolerances and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine performance issues, collaborating with the maintenance team when needed.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on machines, ensuring they are clean, well-maintained, and in optimal working condition.
- Ensure a safe working environment by following all safety procedures and maintaining a clean work area.
- Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and engineers to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of production and report any deviations or issues to supervisors promptly.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience operating HAAS CNC machines, in a manufacturing setting.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
- Strong understanding of metal forming, material thickness, and bend allowances.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality parts with minimal supervision.
- Ability to perform basic machine troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Knowledge of CNC programming for press brakes is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and handle materials up to 40 lbs.
- Prolonged standing and repetitive tasks while operating machinery.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and heavy machinery.
