Job Responsibilities: & Tasks Duties:

• Facilitate the work of the Quality Inspector and ensure the conformity of the product requirements with the standard finished goods specs.

• Ensure proper cleaning of his line during the shift and month close.

• Fill in the daily production report & submit it to the Production Team Leader.

• Set the machine properly & perform size changes.

• Ensure the proper handling of raw material received-returned / from-to Raw Material warehouse.

• Verbally inform the Lead Operator and the Line Setter of any problem that occurs on the machine.

• Make sure all finished goods pallets, waste bin, waste trolley and raw material are in their dedicated place.

• Comply and follow safety and environmental instructions and participate in toolbox talks given by HSE officer.

• Consultation and participation at all applicable levels and functions (ex. the development, planning, implementation, performance evaluation and actions for improvement of the OH&S management system).

Education A bachelor’s degree in Flexible Packaging and cutting Technology.

Experience A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in the Cutting field is essential.

Technical Knowledge The candidate must possess comprehensive knowledge of the Cutting process, as well as a strong understanding of the printing process.

Language Skills Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.

Computer Skills Proficient in using computer applications, with expertise in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Physical Health Must maintain good health and be capable of working under physically demanding conditions, including hot weather.

Work Ethic Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in challenging conditions.
