Salary Range: $17.00 - $18.00 Hourly

POSITION SUMMARY:
This role is pivotal in supporting our US Warfighters and the AbilityOne program, contributing to ReadyOne Industries' mission. The Machine Operator oversees key aspects of Packaging, driving initiatives that uphold our commitment to excellence and strategic objectives. This position demands a leader who can integrate operational goals with our core mission, enhancing our services' effectiveness and the opportunities provided to individuals with disabilities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement strategies that ensure operational activities align with ReadyOne's cultural behaviors of accountability, diversity, honesty, collaboration, empathy, innovation, passion, and effective communication.
- Adhere to and execute company policies and procedures while driving continuous improvement across all operational processes.
- Must keep machine running at required speed.
- Monitor and start/stop machine as necessary.
- Must be able to perform minor adjustments to machine.
- Must be able to understand and follow work order instructions.
- Responsible for quality of the product.
- This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.

QualificationsMINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education: High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required.

Experience: One year of experience running corrugated machinery.
Specific Skills: English/Spanish proficiency. Must be able to follow instructions
Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, etc.: None required

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms. Must be able to lift/move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift/move up to 25 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individual with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to a loud manufactory work environment. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles and vibration.  While performing assigned duties the employee maintains awareness of moving equipment while monitoring and adjusting assignment to ensure finished product to specification.
