Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform final beveling process using beveling machines and tools.
• Set up fixtures, wheels, and parameters based on part requirements.
• Ensure correct bevel size, angle, and uniformity.
• Inspect parts for defects such as chipping, cracks, taper, and uneven bevel.
• Conduct sampling or 100% inspection based on requirement (e.g., per lap size).
• Identify and report process abnormalities or equipment issues.
• Record production data and follow standard operating procedures.

Education & Experience

• At least Senior High School or Technical/Vocational graduate.
• Experience in semiconductor, optics, or machining processes is an advantage.
• Familiarity with beveling and edge finishing processes is preferred.
  

Skills

• Strong attention to detail and inspection capability.
• Ability to handle precision parts carefully.
• Basic knowledge of bevel specifications and defect recognition.
• Good problem-solving and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Working Conditions

• Work is performed in a production environment with beveling equipment.
• Requires standing for long periods and handling precision parts.
• Must follow safety and cleanliness procedures.
• 6-day work week, with possible Sunday overtime when shipment requirements are critical.
