Rate: $20.25
If you know your way around machines - or you're ready to level up your skills - this role puts you at the controls.  As a Machine Operator, you'll own the setup and operation of equipment in your department, producing high-quality products that meet customer and company standards.
Schedule:  7:00 am- 3:00 pm Monday through Friday, with overtime scheduled on Saturday, as needed.
What You'll Do:
- Set up, operate, and monitor production machines.
- Run materials through equipment according to specifications.
- Inspect product quality and catch issues before they become problems.
- Identify and report defective materials or machine concerns.
- Keep your work area and equipment clean, organized, and sage.
- Ensure correct materials are used for each job.
- Complete inventory and production entries accurately.
- Meet quality, efficiency, and safety standards every shift.
- Perform routine operational test on machines.
- Support special projects as needed.

- Must be able to perform repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motions.
- The employee must regularly lift, push or pull and/or move up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment:
- The job is performed in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, varying temperatures, and moving mechanical parts.
- Safety gear must be worn as required.
Machine Operator 1st shiftWhat You'll Need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Machine operator experience preferred; strong knowledge of machines in a manufacturing setting.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions including reading a tape measure, blueprints, and production schematics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented and self-directed.
