Westen States is seeking a motivated Machine Operator for our climate-controlled facility in Erlanger, KY, just minutes from Cincinnati, OH!
Machine Operators run envelope machines that fold and pack envelopes as they come off the machine. They also examine work orders to determine whether specifications have been met, as well as inspect product quality according to established quality guidelines, pack envelopes uniformly and neatly, and keep up with machine speeds. This role will perform both duties. You'll have 80 hours (10 days) of paid vacation available in your first year, plus sick time off, and 72 hours of paid holiday time (9 days).
SHIFTS AVAILABLE
2nd Shift: 4:30pm - 3:00am Mon-Thu. (Friday, Saturday Sunday off)
When Mandatory Overtime is scheduled: 4:30pm - 3:00am Mon-Fri (Saturday, Sunday off)

Prior Manufacturing experience is preferred.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Ability to stand for approximate duration of scheduled shift (minus paid breaks), lift up to 20 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally, repetitive grasping, frequent, twisting, lifting above shoulder height, occasional bend, reach, crouch, or stoop. Sensory requirements are tactile/touch with hands and digits, near and far visual acuity, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Reasoning, mechanical aptitude and mathematical skills for appropriate operations of the equipment.
