
As a Machine Operator II, you’ll have the opportunity to build new skills through cross‑shift and cross‑departmental training. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, learning new processes, and working with different teams throughout the facility. You’ll be trained in multiple production areas, helping support operational flexibility while gaining valuable experience across our manufacturing operations. We’re looking for dependable team players who are open to learning, adaptable to change, and committed to quality and safety. Operates complex equipment while achieving quality standards, a production plan, and cost objectives. Makes minor adjustments and performs troubleshooting logic to maintain part specifications. Ensures device meet product specifications. This position assists in the periodic maintenance of machinery and performs minor repairs as required.

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$19.75 - $28.75 Hourly
The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
