Job Description


Work in a clean, safe, temperature-controlled plant and have 3-day weekends. Machine Operators play an integral role in ensuring our machines are running at optimum capacity; Machine Operators assist in observing safe and efficient operations of equipment. This position has the support of any of the following: Manufacturing Line Leads, Spider, Production Supervisors and Management. We want you to succeed.
Essential Functions/Job Duties:

  • Follows instructions, responds to management direction; Takes responsibility for own actions.
  • Asks for and offers help when needed. 

Minimal Qualifications

  • 6 months’ experience in a highly physical, labor-intensive position (ie construction, distribution warehouse, equipment/machine operator, farmhand, freight handler or other positions which require continuous activity and lifting.
  • Proficient in basic math and reading skills.
  • Must be able to work a full-time schedule, including some overtime as required
  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Must pass a post offer drug test and background check.

Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand on concrete floors with fatigue mats for 8 to 12 hours at a time
  • Ability to lift to 50 pounds and to push or pull up to 400 pounds (181 kilograms) or equivalency utilizing a manual cart.
  • Able to frequently grasp objects. Must possess sufficient visual and audio acuity to work safely and accurately in an industrial environment.

Hours and Pay:

  • The hours for this position are Monday-Thursday 6:42am - 4:42pm
  • This position starts at $16.00/hour
