Job Description

Parallel Employment is actively searching for dedicated Machine Operators to join our client's team in the manufacturing industry. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for the efficient operation of machinery to produce high-quality products while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor machinery for manufacturing processes.
• Conduct quality checks on products using measurement tools (calipers, gauges, etc.).
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshooting as needed.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines throughout operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Document and report production data and any issues that arise.

Shift Availability: 1st and 2nd shifts.

Pay Rate $18.50 to $24.50 Depending on Experience

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Basic understanding of machining processes and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
