Machine Operator – $18.50/Hour | 3rd Shift

Full-Time | Monday–Thursday | 4-Day Workweek

Looking for a 4-day workweek and a long-term manufacturing opportunity? We are hiring dependable Machine Operators to join a manufacturing team producing metal products.

Pay: $18.50/hour

3rd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 PM–7:00 AM

No previous machine operating experience? That's okay! Training is provided.

New hires will train on 1st shift Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM for approximately 4–6 weeks to learn the equipment, production processes, and safety procedures.

You must be available for the full training schedule before moving to 3rd shift.

What You'll Do

• Operate manufacturing machinery
• Load and unload materials
• Monitor equipment during production
• Make basic machine adjustments
• Inspect finished products for quality
• Follow safety and production procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work with your team to meet production goals

What We're Looking For

• Manufacturing or machine operating experience is a plus, but not required
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to learn
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to work the required training schedule

Schedule & Pay

Pay: $18.50/hour

Training: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM for approximately 4–6 weeks

Regular Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 PM–7:00 AM
