Under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Machine Logistics Specialist is responsible for supporting efficient, cost-effective supply chain operations and promptly resolving distribution-related issues. This position works directly with internal teams, external partners, and customers to ensure deliverables are completed within the applicable scope and budget. The Machine Logistics Specialist is also expected to collaborate effectively with the Project Management and Shipping and Receiving teams.
This position is responsible for coordinating machine logistics between Italian supplier companies and the final customer and/or warehouse. Responsibilities include managing the quotation process, tracking machine shipment status, and identifying opportunities to reduce logistics-related costs.
