LOCATION: Full-time onsite in Chantilly, VA

We’re looking for Machine Learning Engineers who can turn complex business processes into intelligent, automated systems. In this role, you’ll apply deep expertise in data structures, modeling, and software architecture to design and deploy advanced AI solutions. You’ll work hands‑on with modern ML frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow, leveraging strong mathematical foundations in probability, statistics, and algorithms to build reliable, high‑performance models. Fluency in AI‑focused programming languages—Python, Java, C++, and Conda environments—is essential, along with experience training models and integrating pre‑trained architectures into scalable dataflows.

Key Responsibilities

In this challenging yet rewarding role, you are an integral part of what brings our Company's mission to life. You must have the following required skills, certifications and demonstrated experience in and/or with:

• Ability to understand and automate customer workflows and business processes with AI solutions
• Data structures, data modeling, and software architecture
• In-depth experience and knowledge of machine learning tools and frameworks such as PyTorch, Tensorflow, etc.
• Extensive math and computer science skills, with a deeр understanding of probability, statistics, and algorithms
• AI/ML specific programming languages, such as Python, Jav, C++, Conda, etc.
• Training AI models, as well as in integrating pre-trained models into dataflows and software architectures.

Highly Desired Qualifications

Other skills and demonstrated experiences that are highly desired but not mandatory to perform the work, include:

• Implementing secure AI solutions in the Intelligence Community
• Working with highly sensitive data sets
• Leading AI/ML initiatives
• Experience and in-depth knowledge of implementing ETL (Enhance/Transform/Load) pipeline
• Experience and in-depth knowledge in implementing solutions in Amazon Web Services
• Very strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Performing in a collaborative team environment.
