Machine Learning Engineer - ML Applications

• This role is responsible for developing and deploying machine learning models that drive innovation and business value. The role works closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for utilizing machine learning techniques, gathers and preprocesses data, designs and trains models, and integrates them into production systems. The role plays a pivotal role in transforming data into actionable insights and intelligent solutions.

Responsibilities
• Develops and programs integrated software solutions, especially in support of the development, deployment and life cycle of machine learning models.
• Selects appropriate machine learning algorithms and techniques for specific tasks, such as classification, regression, clustering, or recommendation.
• Implements data pipelines to efficiently preprocess and transform machine learning data for training and inference.
• Performs feature engineering to extract relevant information from raw data, improving model performance.
• Explores, preprocesses, and analyzes data to ensure its quality, relevance, and suitability for model development.
• Lays down procedures for extensive data analysis, model development, and their practical implementations.
• Leads the integration of machine learning architecture into platforms and products for production.
• Collaborates with other researchers and engineers to develop experiments, prototypes, and concepts.
• Translates intricate business problems into actionable machine learning challenges.

Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in computer programming languages, machine learning, algorithms, statistical methods, or a related field or an advanced degree with little or no work experience.
