TikTok Shop is a content e-commerce business utilising international short video products as carriers. Responsibilities

- Drive operational efficiency for e-commerce merchants and their products by accelerating product growth, user growth and revenue growth across three dimensions: merchandise (new launches and bestsellers), pricing (promotions and campaigns) and content (affiliate programs and creative services).

- Design and optimize merchant algorithm strategies, including business performance analytics, fluctuation analysis and attribution, business diagnostics, cost optimization (store coupons and co-funded commissions), and user CRM.

- Design and optimize product operations strategies, including product diagnostics, optimization of image and text quality, new product growth, incubation of potential blockbusters, seasonal and trend-based assortments, and traffic boosting for key products.

- Improve merchant and live-streaming marketing strategies to enhance capital efficiency for merchants and streamers in both store operations and live rooms.

- Contribute to end-to-end live-streaming algorithm optimization, covering product, content, marketing and traffic allocation strategies to improve live-stream supply and conversion efficiency.

- Apply representation learning, graph models, causal inference and time-series forecasting to help merchants, creators and operations teams solve real problems, discover new growth opportunities and improve overall e-commerce operational efficiency.
