We are looking for a skilled Machine Learning Engineer with expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), advanced analytics, and scalable data processing solutions. The role involves building and optimizing AI-driven applications, improving LLM performance, and developing intelligent machine learning models that deliver actionable business insights. You will work on customer and product segmentation, data orchestration, and model optimization while collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges using AI and analytics. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Machine Learning, clustering techniques, SQL, Python, and workflow orchestration tools. Exposure to LLM evaluation frameworks, AI model optimization, and scalable data pipelines is essential. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, and passion for innovation in Generative AI and machine learning technologies. Candidates with experience in advanced analytics, Spark, or self-hosted LLMs will have an added advantage in contributing to high-impact AI initiatives and scalable business solutions.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize the performance, accuracy, and response latency of LLM-powered applications.
• Design and implement robust evaluation frameworks to measure and improve LLM output quality.
• Develop advanced clustering and segmentation models for customers, products, and business use cases.
• Build scalable machine learning workflows and analytics pipelines using Python and SQL.
• Design and maintain efficient data orchestration pipelines and DAG-based processing systems.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
• Enhance ML model performance through experimentation, tuning, and continuous improvement.
• Support deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of machine learning solutions in production environments.
• Stay updated with emerging AI/ML technologies and implement innovative approaches where relevant.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 4+ years of experience in Machine Learning, AI, or advanced analytics roles.
• Strong expertise in Machine Learning concepts, especially clustering and segmentation techniques.
• Hands-on experience working with LLM evaluation frameworks and AI model optimization.
• Familiarity with LLM APIs and Generative AI applications.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python-based workflow orchestration tools or DAG development.
• Experience building scalable data processing pipelines and analytical solutions.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with technical and business teams.
• Good understanding of model evaluation, performance optimization, and production deployment practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in self-hosting or fine-tuning LLMs.
• Knowledge of Time Series Forecasting, Dimension Reduction, or Market Basket Analysis.
• Exposure to big data tools such as Spark or Alteryx.
• Understanding of scalable AI infrastructure and distributed processing systems.
