What You Will Do

• Develop and implement machine learning models using Python and PyTorch to enhance platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning solutions into existing systems.
• Utilize TensorFlow and Langchain for building scalable and efficient data processing workflows.
• Analyze large datasets with NumPy to extract actionable insights and improve model performance.
• Design and maintain vector databases to support advanced AI functionalities.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in software development and machine learning.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 4-8 years of experience in machine learning engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms, particularly in relation to machine learning.
• Experience with TypeScript and building scalable applications.
• Familiarity with vector databases and their application in AI solutions.

Preferred

• Experience in the Internet marketplace or B2B sectors.
• Knowledge of Langchain and its integration into machine learning workflows.
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Compensation and Benefits
