What You Will Do
- Design and implement machine learning models using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow to enhance AI capabilities.
- Develop and optimize data pipelines utilizing Spark and Airflow to ensure efficient data processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning solutions into existing systems.
- Deploy and manage machine learning models in production using Kubernetes and MLflow.
- Utilize Langchain for building advanced AI workflows that drive business insights.
- Analyze performance metrics to continuously improve model accuracy and efficiency.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 3–8 years of experience in machine learning engineering or data engineering.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Hands-on experience with data orchestration tools like Spark and Airflow.
- Familiarity with model deployment and management using Kubernetes and MLflow.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
Preferred
- Experience in the AI, marketing, or ad tech industries.

Compensation and Benefits
