What would you work on?

• Building industry-leading tooling in Python that supports analytical and trading teams.
• Setting up data processing and improving its infrastructure.
• Enabling new machine learning approaches and simplifying ML operations.
• Deploying new models in production, monitoring their reliability and continuously improving their performance.
• Presenting complex data in an easily understandable way through custom dashboards.
• Delivering your code quickly to production with direct feedback from internal stakeholders.

• Mathematical or technical background.
• A curious mind, a passion for problem-solving, and commitment to working collaboratively.
• Strong ability to discuss, communicate and document technical decisions.
• Affinity for delivering clean, concise, and maintainable code.
• Ability to grasp new data and present it clearly and effectively.
• Experience with Python and its libraries for data analysis, such as NumPy, and pandas.
• Experience with any of: CI/CD (K8s), ML toolkits, performance optimization.
