Help machine builders transition from hardware-centric automation to software-defined, data-driven, and AI-enabled machine architectures.
Drive IT/OT integration and support Siemens’ Industrial Operations X strategy by leveraging:

Collaborate across businesses, technology organizations, Sales and Marketing, regions, and global teams to bring together the required capabilities, enabling Machine Builder Sales and technical teams to win complex opportunities, accelerate solution adoption, and turn successful customer concepts into scalable, repeatable solutions for deployment across the Americas.
We are looking for a strategic and technically driven Machine Builder Solution Manager to support commercialization, solution strategy, and technical enablement of the Machine Builder portfolio across the Americas, with a strong focus on Software-Defined Automation, Industrial AI, simulation and digital engineering, advanced automation and motion technologies, and cybersecurity.
The successful candidate will drive solution management, technical enablement, market intelligence, and Machine Builder growth initiatives, translating emerging technologies and customer needs into scalable, repeatable solutions while strengthening alignment among regional market requirements, global strategy, and portfolio development.
