Job Description

1. 与工艺开发工程师合作，参于LDWS的全过程，负责设备设计和规划。 With process engineers planning team to do the LDWS and responsible for the design and planning of equipment. 2. 在满足新项目的产品图纸和工艺过程控制的基础上进行设备的开发。 Develop equipment based on product drawing and process control for new projects. 3. 负责生产线概念设计，自动线可行性分析，标书规范的拟定和技术方案的评审。 Responsible for line concept design and automation feasibility analysis, create line specification and technical review. 4. 负责设备开发过程中的验收工作以及解决设备问题清单。 Responsible for acceptance in the process of equipment development and complete the open issues of equipment. 5. 参与设备标准的建立。 Participate in the establishment of equipment standards. 6. 负责设备成本评估，并参与项目报价分析 Responsible for equipment cost evaluation and participate in project quotation analysis. 7. 参与设备改造升级，负责新项目设备的安装调试工作 Participate in equipment upgrading, responsible for the installation and debugging of new project equipment. 8. 生产线有质量风险时,参与团队分析问题解决问题. Participate with team to analysis and solve the new automation stations’ problem when the line has quality issue. 9. 负责设备导入后经验教训总结与分享。 Responsible for summarizing and sharing lessons learned after equipment import. 10. 负责相关项目供应商的日常施工管理，推动设备供应商遵循奥托立夫标准设计和制造设备。 In charge of supplier daily debugging management related responsible projects. Communication and cooperation with machine supplier to manage machine concept development and machine building to meet machine specification and ALV standard. 11. 负责新工艺、新技术的研究与引入 Responsible for the research and introduction of new technology and new technology. 12. 参与新员工培训与带教，帮助新员工顺利适应工作 Participate in new employee training, support adapt to the new job. 13. 完成部门制定的年度指标 Achieve the KPI of AEP department. 14. 支持APP团队相关工作 Support Airbag Process Planning team related work. 15. 完成上级交办的其他相关事宜 Finish other works assigned by leader.
