If you think you'll like to manage the following responsibilities at higher standards:
Identification of functional deviations prior to the delivery of projects developed and built by us;
Simulation and validation of various reset types software & hardware reset, emergency stop, recovery after power outages or communication loss;
Execution of calibration sequences, MVP, command/job change, etc.;
Running stations to identify missing operator instruction messages / error messages, and updating station documentation;
Attribute and capability tests for detection systems;
Process and operational performance analysis OEE, scrap, cycle time, breakdowns, etc.
and if you have/are:
Familiarity with industrial automation systems and basic electrical schematics
Experience with or interest in programming languages such as Ladder Logic, Structured Text, or Python
Understanding of safety standards and protocols in industrial environments
Good analytical thinking and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
