职位概述 We are seeking an experienced Machine Automation Engineer to lead automation equipment assembly, commissioning, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities. Lead and coordinate daily activities of the machine assembly team. 负责自动化设备装配团队的日常管理与协调工作。 2. Commission, troubleshoot, and debug custom automation equipment and non-standard machines. 负责自动化设备及非标设备的安装、调试、故障分析与优化改善。 3. Provide technical guidance and support during machine assembly and commissioning. 为设备装配及调试过程提供技术指导与支持。 4. Collaborate with Design Engineers to identify potential design issues and improvement opportunities. 与设计工程师协作，识别潜在设计问题并提出改善建议。 5. Analyze machine performance issues, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions. 分析设备运行异常及性能问题，进行根因分析并推动改善措施落地。 6. Drive machine upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and improve productivity. 推动设备升级及持续改善项目，降低停机时间，提高生产效率和良率。 7. Work closely with Production and Facilities teams to ensure stable machine operation. 与生产及厂务团队密切合作，确保设备稳定运行。 8. Promote assembly and debugging best practices and standardization. 推动装配、调试标准化流程及实践的建立和实施。 Requirements 职位要求 1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline. 机械工程或相关专业专科及以上学历。 2. Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing or automation equipment industries. 8年以上制造业或自动化设备行业相关工作经验。 3. At least 5 years of experience in machine commissioning, debugging, and automation assembly team management. 5年以上自动化设备调试、设备导入及团队管理经验。 4. Familiar with custom automation equipment and non-standard machinery. 熟悉自动化设备及非标设备的装配、调试及故障诊断。 5. Experience in cable assembly automation equipment is highly preferred. 具备线缆组装（Cable Assembly）自动化设备经验者优先。 6. Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities. 优秀的团队管理及问题解决能力。 7.Solid engineering project management experience. 具备扎实的工程项目管理经验。 8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 良好的沟通协调及人际交往能力。 9. Self-motivated, analytical, and results-oriented. 具备较强的责任心、分析能力及结果导向意识。 10. Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills. 具备优秀的团队合作及跨部门协作能力。 11. Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate machine operational risks. 能够识别、评估并降低设备运行风险。
