You operate and monitor modern production equipment and ensure safe, smooth production processes
You run the machines in accordance with operational specifications and reliably keep an eye on process parameters and workflows
In doing so, you ensure compliance with our quality standards and inspect the manufactured products with a trained eye for detail
You carefully identify and resolve quality deviations and actively support measures to optimize processes
You carry out setup and cleaning work at your workplace carefully and responsibly
You flexibly support various production areas wherever your contribution is needed
Ideally, you have completed vocational training in a technical or skilled trade
You are willing to work in a 3-shift system
You stand out in the daily production environment thanks to your team spirit, reliability and careful way of working
A forklift and crane license is an advantage, but not a mandatory requirement
Initial experience using IT systems will help you get started, but is not a must
Very good written and spoken German skills round off your profile
