Employment Notice: This position is being recruited by Randstad Sourceright (RSR) for freelance roles that will be staffed at The Estée Lauder Companies retail locations. The employer of record for this assignment will be Randstad.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers.
• Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor.
• Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement.
• Maintain active knowledge of brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to effectively educate customers.
• Collaborate with store staff and team members to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• Experience / Skills: Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Availability: Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
• Work Authorization: Ability to provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States upon hire/interview.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous retail or beauty industry experience.
• Familiarity with retail sales environment and customer-facing service execution.

• Physical Demands: Regularly required to stand and walk for extended periods on the retail sales floor, converse with customers, and handle product packaging and display materials. Frequently required to reach, bend, and move merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs.
