Job Description

For 45 years, we have been the benchmark for digital innovation in Italy — and today, across Europe as well.
More than technology: we are the partner that transforms the way businesses work, grow, and compete. From human resources management to digital payments, from electronic invoicing to customer relationship management, we design tailored solutions that go to the heart of business processes, making them more efficient, faster, and smarter.

Our mission is simple yet ambitious: to bring the value of digital transformation to every business, whatever its challenge. We do this by putting the customer at the center of everything — not as a tagline, but as a daily working method.

Alongside organic growth, M&A is a key strategic lever to accelerate innovation, expand our product portfolio, and strengthen our leadership across markets.

The M&A specialist supports the execution of the company’s growth strategy by contributing to the end‑to‑end M&A process.
Working closely with senior team members, the role provides analytical and operational support across all phases of the M&A lifecycle — from market scouting and target analysis to deal execution and post‑merger integration.

This position offers strong exposure to strategic decision‑making, cross‑functional collaboration, and hands‑on experience in complex transactions within a dynamic, technology‑driven environment.

Your Role At A Glance

  • Support the end‑to‑end M&A process, contributing to multiple phases of the transaction lifecycle.
  • Assist in market scouting and target identification, including industry analysis, desktop research, and competitive benchmarking.
  • Support the evaluation of acquisition targets through financial analysis, valuation models, and strategic assessments.
  • Contribute to the preparation of investment materials, business cases, and presentations for senior management.
  • Support due diligence activities across financial, legal, tax, operational, and commercial workstreams, coordinating inputs from internal teams and external advisors.
  • Assist in deal execution activities, including data room management, analysis of transaction documents, and coordination with advisors.
  • Maintain M&A documentation, models, and reports, contributing to continuous improvement of tools and processes.

What skills are we looking for?

  • 2–3 years of professional experience in corporate finance, M&A advisory, transaction services, strategy consulting, or similar roles.
  • Previous experience in Big Four or advisory firms is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Solid financial analysis and modeling skills, with a strong understanding of valuation fundamentals.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with attention to detail and structured problem‑solving approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
  • Proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn within a complex and evolving business context.
  • High standards of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.

Skills matter — but they're not enough. We look for leaders who embrace challenges as catalysts for growth and who bring our values to life through the way they work:

  • ENTREPRENEURSHIP — We encourage initiative, ownership, and a mindset oriented toward continuous improvement.
  • INNOVATION — We value curiosity, openness to new ideas, and the courage to experiment and learn.
  • INCLUSION — We believe diverse perspectives enrich decision‑making and foster stronger teams.

Why Join Us?

  • FLEXIBILITY — we run on trust, not timecards. No clocking in or out. Work in a flexible, hybrid way — and we'll give you everything you need to stay productive and connected from anywhere.
