The Division:
Perseus , an operating group of Constellation Software Inc.,acquires, manages, and builds software businesses that provide specialized, mission-critical software solutions. Perseus companiesseekto become leaders in their markets by improving their operations, growing through organic initiatives, and seeking acquisitions that can strengthen their market position The M&A Department has the mandate to increase Perseus' foothold in each of these domains, as well as achieve inorganic growth in other verticals.

JobResponsibilities

• Conduct research(website, LinkedIn, internal sources, etc.)toqualifysoftware businesses meet ouracquisitioncriteria(vertical, revenue, employees, business model, geography, etc.) creating lead lists for our North Americandeal sourcingteams

• For businesses that meet our investment profile,identifykeycontactsand create remindersforour business development teams

• Update findings in Salesforce CRMand Excel worksheets

• Other special projects asrequired

JobQualification

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited universityinBusiness/Finance/Accounting.CompletedCFAexams would be an asset.

• Strong English written and verbal communication skills

• 2+ years of work experience inresearchorinvestmentanalysisisrequiredM&A research would be an asset.

• Demonstrated experience performing qualitative and quantitative researchand working with Excel

• Experience or willingness to learn web scrapingor how toleverageAI woulda bonus

• Prior experience of the using CRM systems is desirable such as Zoho,Hubspotor Salesforce

• Ability to work independently, diligence, and detail-orientation is a requirement

Working Hours

• This is an afternoon shifti.e.1 pm till 10 pm(PakistanStandard Time)

• This isan in-office role
