Role: M&A Project Manager - Contract Role (Consulting background preferred)

Seniority: Mid and Senior levels

Day rate: Estimated £500-£675 Inside IR35

Project duration: 4 months (with likely extension), starting asap

Location: Hybrid, 2 days per week on-site in North London, the remainder worked remotely

We’re supporting a consultancy that specialises in business and digital transformation, known for fostering strong relationships while designing and delivering large-scale, complex transformations worldwide. The end-client is a professional services organisation.

They're looking for a Project Manager to support a confidential M&A / separation programme within a major UK supermarket group. The role sits at the centre of a complex carve-out, coordinating workstreams, managing dependencies, and keeping delivery on track through a high-change environment.
