Ons M&A en Finance (MAF) team begeleidt familiebedrijven, KMO's en scale-ups bij fusies, overnames en financieringsvragen. Als marktleider biedt MAF een geïntegreerde oplossing met toegang tot experts in Accounting, Tax, Legal en Strategy. Wij leveren topkwaliteit, met focus op discretie en precisie. • Als onderdeel van een dynamische groep van professionals sta je dagelijks in contact met bedrijfsleiders en hun teams binnen de kmo-markt. Met een ruime portie aan autonomie en verantwoordelijkheid krijg je de kans om verschillende vertrouwensrelaties uit te bouwen. Op die manier word je hun aanspreekpunt voor advies over allerhande bedrijfseconomische vragen.
• Concreet sta je als M&A & Finance Manager in voor marktonderzoek en verdiep je je in de sector waarin je klant actief is. Je neemt een onderhandelende rol op tijdens alle stadia (een A tot Z benadering) van een fusie-, verkoop- of koopproces. Opmaak van waarderingen van ondernemingen staan centraal.
• Verder ga je voor je klanten continu op zoek naar nieuwe aankoop-opportuniteiten (zowel nationale als internationale). In het kader van onze multidisciplinaire aanpak werk je nauw samen met fiscalisten en juristen uit het team. Bovendien stuur je binnen het verkoop- en koopproces een aantal junior collega’s aan.

• Je bent gepassioneerd door alles wat te maken heeft met fusies en overnames (M&A).
• Niet alleen je technische kennis is een troef, je zal ook je interpersoonlijke vaardigheden goed kunnen gebruiken en verder ontwikkelen. Door het nauwe contact met bedrijfsleiders en het begeleiden van overnames, ben je een vertrouwenspartner en speel je een belangrijke adviserende rol.
• Jouw communicatieve vaardigheden en commercieel inzicht helpen je om enerzijds nieuwe klantenrelaties op te bouwen en anderzijds om deze op lange termijn verder te versterken.
• Verder heb je na het behalen van je universitair diploma in een economische richting, minstens 6 jaar ervaring opgedaan in een M&A omgeving. Tevens heb je interesse of ervaring in het aansturen en begeleiden van een team. Naast je Nederlandse en Engelstalige vaardigheid vormt kennis van het Frans een meerwaarde.
