チーム概要：

• 世界各地に人員を配するグローバルチームのメンバーとして、「組織と人」の観点から、日本企業が関与するクロスボーダーM&A（買収、合併、売却）案件の執行、さらにはクライアントの企業価値向上を支援するコンサルタントポジションです。
• M&Aの初期検討段階から、案件執行、さらに統合（PMI:Post Merger Integration）フェーズまで、組織・人事領域のプロフェッショナルとして一気通貫のアドバイザリーを提供します。
• 支援する案件は、事業ポートフォリオやオペレーションフットプリントの見直しといった本邦大手グローバル企業の経営課題に直結しており、買収のみならず、カーブアウト（事業分離・売却）、JV設立、組織再編、人員再配置など多岐にわたります。主にクロスボーダー案件を扱うチームの所属となることから、海外チームやクライアントのシニア層と連携しながら英語力・専門性を磨ける環境です。
• チームは国境を跨いで活動しています。グローバルに25年の歴史があり、年間約1,400件の案件を支援しています。日本においては、各業界のリーディングカンパニーの複雑性の高い多国間案件を支援しており、日系企業が関与するクロスボーダー案件のトップ案件をアドバイスしています。

We will count on you to:

• プロジェクトマネジメント（案件の目的、取引ストラクチャーや各国法規制などに絡む複数の論点を横断したPM）
• M&Aにおける組織・人の面でのリスクの特定、重要度の評価、リスク低減策の立案・実行支援
• ディール遂行に関するアドバイス、交渉支援、プロジェクト運営の最適化
• PMI（人事制度改定・統合、バリューアップ施策など）全般の設計・実行
• 高品質なデリバリーを通じた後続案件の獲得、収益管理（KPIあり）

You need to have:

• クロスボーダーM&Aにおける組織・人事的な課題についての理解及び強い関心（強い志望動機）
• コンサルティングファームにおけるグローバルプロジェクトマネジメントのご経験
• または事業会社における経営企画、経営管理部門、または人事部門での海外拠点が関連するプロジェクトマネジメントのご経験
• 英語：ビジネスレベル必須（目安TOEIC850以上） ※海外案件が主体であるため、英語での資料作成（含、資料の日英翻訳）、海外チームとの英語でのコミュニケーション（メール及び会議）、海外チームとクライアントを繋ぐ会議でのファシリテーション等が発生します
