Job Description

We are looking for an M&A Lead to strengthen our strategic team working at our headquarters. In this role, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end M&A process and play a key part in shaping the company’s long-term growth and expansion strategy. This position is designed for a highly experienced professional who is ready to operate at a strategic level, working directly with top management and contributing to critical business decisions.

The headquarters, operated by the parent company Teltonika IoT Group, serves as the central hub for coordinating and driving the activities of Lithuanian high-tech companies under the Teltonika brand, as well as its global network of representative offices.

Joining our HQ team means being at the center of decision-making and having a direct impact on company growth through high-value strategic initiatives.

In this role, you will:

• Own and lead the end-to-end M&A process, from opportunity identification to deal execution.

• Act as a strategic partner to top management, contributing to decision-making and challenging key assumptions.

• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential acquisition targets and strategic opportunities.

• Lead financial analysis, valuation, and business case preparation.

• Coordinate and manage due diligence processes across financial, legal, and operational streams.

• Structure deals and support negotiations with internal and external stakeholders.

• Ensure alignment of M&A activities with long-term company strategy and growth objectives.

• Contribute to the development of strategic initiatives and expansion plans at group level.

What we expect of you:

• 5–8+ years of experience in M&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or a similar field.

• Proven hands-on experience in executing M&A transactions, including due diligence, deal structuring, and negotiations.

• Strong understanding of financial modeling and valuation methodologies.

• Ability to work independently with a high level of ownership and accountability.

• Experience collaborating directly with C-level stakeholders and senior leadership.

• Strong strategic thinking and ability to assess long-term business impact beyond the deal itself.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in international environments.

• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Salary:

We appreciate everyone’s efforts and experience, therefore we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and expertise.

The salary for this position ranges from 34 EUR/h up to 40 EUR/h (~5,700 EUR – 6,700 EUR pre‑tax), depending on your experience and qualifications.

In the employment agreement, a fixed (tariff) hourly gross salary rate is specified and defined.
