As part of the Corporate Development team, you will workwith the Integration Team andeach new practice to ensuretheseamlessintegration and onboardingto key systems and processesThe successful candidate will work on-site 4 days a week from our Toronto office at 181 Bay Street and 1 day a week in their home office.
In this role, you will
Support the smooth transition of newlyacquireddental practices by coordinating integration activities with multiple stakeholders
Keep integration tasks up to date in ourSalesForcesystem, making sure all timelines, dependencies, and deliverables are clearly tracked.
Organize andparticipatein onboarding and kick-off meetings with clinical and operational teams, helping prepare materials and follow-up documentation.
Build strong working relationships with regional leaders,newpartners, and practice staff tofacilitateseamless information flow.
Monitor progress across multiple active integrations andproactivelyflag risks, delays, or resource needs.
Support ad-hoc integration projects, data collection requests, or cross-functional initiatives as needed.
Manage competing priorities across severaldentalpractices at various stages of onboarding.
Whatwe’relooking for
1 - 2 years of professional experience in operations,dentalpractice administration, project coordination, or a comparable role.
Bilingual (French/English)isastrongasset.
Strong verbal and written communication skills,comfortable speaking withcliniciansandoffice staff
Organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage several timelines simultaneously.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate obstacles and escalate issues appropriately.
Collaborative team player with a proven ability to build strong, trusting relationships quickly.
Proficiencywith Microsoft Office
Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate partners in different provinces and time zones.

The salary range for this position is $55,000 to $65,000 CAD annually. Offers within this range are determined based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as internal equity considerations.
