Position Title: M&A Financial Analyst

Work Set Up: Work From Home

Schedule: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

The Transaction Support Analyst provides structured support to merger and acquisition initiatives by organizing information, coordinating diligence activities, and preparing clear, executive-ready materials. This role enables senior leadership to make informed decisions by ensuring accuracy, clarity, and execution discipline across M&A projects.

What You'll Do:

  • Maintain deal trackers covering targets, status, risks, and next steps

  • Manage diligence checklists, timelines, and issue logs

  • Coordinate inputs across financial, legal, and operational workstreams

  • Consolidate and synthesize information for executive consumption

  • Prepare concise summaries, reports, and presentation materials

  • Review and summarize historical financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

  • Support EBITDA normalization and variance analysis

  • Assist with valuation and scenario inputs (supporting role only)

  • Set up and manage virtual data rooms

  • Ensure document organization, version control, and data accuracy

What We're Looking For:

  • 3–5 years of experience in transaction support, audit, corporate finance, FP&A, or finance operations

  • Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets

  • Experience supporting complex, multi-workstream projects

  • Comfortable preparing materials for senior or executive audiences

  • Strong written communication and organizational skills

  • High attention to detail and follow-through
