The firm is seeking a 4th to 8th-year Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney to join their new Lancaster office. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters, supporting both local and firm-wide clients.

Qualifications:

• 4-8 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, or a related practice area.
