Job responsibilities
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
More than 6 years’ work experience in an investment banking front office role
A well-rounded academic background from a top-tier educational institution
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact and influence clients, professionals, and counterparties in both Japanese and English
Self-directed, highly motivated and able to work independently and proactively
Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills to lead project teams in execution
