As an Analyst/Associate in Japan M&A team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse team and to be involved in real-time transactions that can shape the industry landscape and global economy. You will play a key role in our business origination and transaction execution. This role will allow you to showcase your strong functional skills and develop towards a senior or leadership role, managing and executing your own transactions. We value your enthusiasm for J.P. Job responsibilities
Participate in the full cycle of transactional execution, including preparing marketing pitches, formulating, conducting, and reviewing financial analysis, preparing and presenting client presentations, and managing day-to-day M&A process activities across all sectors, rather than specializing in a particular industry sector.
Liaise with various coverage partners, both in Japan and globally, in origination and execution
