Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day compensation calculations and program support for the EU and LAC regions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with reward policies.
Coordinate merit and incentive cycle activities, aligning data, timelines, and inputs across the compensation team.
Ensure compensation actions adhere to FedEx reward policies, pay guidelines, and approval requirements.
Maintain the integrity of compensation data across HR systems, identifying and resolving discrepancies that could impact pay.
Monitor compensation survey submissions and data quality, ensuring accurate participation and adherence to deadlines.
Support employees and managers with compensation inquiries, providing clear, policy-aligned guidance and escalating complex cases.
Partner with Payroll, HR, and the wider Service Delivery team to deliver seamless, end-to-end compensation service.
Drive continuous improvement of compensation administration processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and the employee experience.
Knowledge & Experience
Experience in compensation administration or total rewards delivery within a global or shared-services environment.
Strong understanding of compensation calculations, merit and incentive cycles, off-cycle actions, and survey administration.
Familiarity with HR and compensation systems and the digital tools used for pay calculation and administration.
Knowledge of pay-related compliance, approval controls, and compensation data governance and confidentiality.
Experience supporting Payroll, HR, and Service Delivery teams.
