What you will be doing:

  • Support key processes in the Ship to Collect (STC) cycle, including credit checks, billing validation, collections follow‑ups, and dispute triaging.
  • Assist in managing GCI (Global Credit Insurance) activities by validating coverage, monitoring credit limits, and escalating exceptions.
  • Perform day‑to‑day Credit & Collections tasks such as sending payment reminders, tracking overdue accounts, and updating customer payment statuses.
  • Handle Disputes by logging issues, coordinating with cross‑functional teams, and ensuring accurate and timely resolution.
  • Process and reconcile Cash Applications, including matching remittances, clearing short‑pays, and resolving unapplied cash.
  • Support Billing operations, ensuring invoices are accurate, compliant, and timely.
  • Apply specialist knowledge to review and follow established processes, ensuring adherence to policies and internal controls.
  • Identify process gaps and participate in the design, development, and implementation of improvements within the STC cycle.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to resolve customer financial issues.
  • Contribute to achieving divisional and corporate goals by maintaining high accuracy, meeting SLAs, and supporting continuous process efficiency.

What do you bring with you:

  • Overall experience of 2 to 3 years in Accounts payable, Credit & collections, handling disputes and billing.
  • Having specific STC work experience would be an added advantage.
