Job Description

Overall project governance, stakeholder management and delivery oversight for website maintenance and system enhancement services.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for all website maintenance and enhancement matters.
• Lead requirements elicitation and analysis activities, then translate them into clear functional specifications and implementation plans.
• Plan and manage schedules, resources, risks, dependencies, deliverables, maintenance activities and enhancements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure that web services meet the defined availability, performance, security and quality standards.
• Manage testing activities, including SIT and UAT, and obtain necessary approvals prior to deployment.
• Coordinate with the necessary stakeholders to ensure smooth operational support and address issues as well as queries.
• Work with the Full Stack Engineer to handle security related queries and incidents, and ensure compliance with the required policies.
• Maintain proper project documentation, change management records, progress reports, issue logs and handover documentation.

Relevant Platform Experience

• Experience managing website maintenance and enhancement projects within the Government environment, including requirements gathering, project planning, release coordination, issue management and stakeholder/vendor coordination.
• Familiarity with usage of Content Management Systems (CMS), website content governance, release management and enhancement planning.
• Experience managing websites on Directus or Optical will be an added advantage.
