
M365 Solution Architect
Your Tasks
Taking responsibility for the solution architecture and implementation of digital
workplace initiatives with a focus on M365, SharePoint and the Power Platform.
Working with internal and external partners to integrate and optimize RPA solutions
to ensure efficient workflows.
Contributing creative ideas to improve the user experience and ensuring a uniform
architecture in accordance with industry standards.
Managing the entire lifecycle of digital workplace initiatives, including planning,
implementation and measuring success.
Creating and maintaining technical roadmaps and architecture documentation taking
into account business requirements and goals.
Working on the continuous improvement and modernization of existing digital
workplace solutions to meet the growing needs of our business and our customers.
Your Profile
Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information systems, industrial
engineering or a similar field.
Several years of experience in the architecture and implementation of complex digital
workplace solutions, especially with M365, SharePoint and the Power Platform such
as Atlassian Jira or Confluence very advantageous.
Ideally experience in aviation or an advanced industrial environment.
Solid knowledge of agile management principles and ability to lead diverse teams
through the intricacies of agile initiatives such as SAFe or SCRUM.
Fluent English (level C1) to be able to communicate complex technical concepts
clearly and precisely and German skills at a good level are also very important.
Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of complex systems and business
environments as well as exceptional skills in consulting, requirements analysis and
the translation of findings into concrete plans
