Job Description

About the Role

ProAmpac, a nearly $5 billion packaging company, is seeking an M365 & Collaboration Analyst to join our Cloud & Digital Workplace Services team. This is a 100% remote, hands-on operational role. You will own SharePoint Online and OneDrive administration, Microsoft Teams collaboration governance, and Power Platform environment ownership across a rapidly growing multi-site manufacturing environment.

ProAmpac is scaling through acquisition, growing from approximately 4,500 to 7,000+ employees and from 50+ to 100+ manufacturing sites by end of 2026. You will be governing collaboration platforms at scale, building Power Platform automations that reduce operational toil, and supporting SharePoint and OneDrive migrations as new companies are integrated into the tenant. You will work closely with a Senior M365 & Identity Analyst and an M365 & Identity Analyst II, with cross-training across the team ensuring full coverage.

What You'll Do

SharePoint Online & OneDrive — Primary Platform

  • Serve as the primary administrator for SharePoint Online and OneDrive: site collections, hub sites, permissions governance, external sharing controls, storage management, quota enforcement, and Microsoft Search (Unified Search) configuration and schema management.
  • Respond to SharePoint and OneDrive Tier 2/3 incidents: broken permissions, sync issues, missing content, access denials, and site provisioning requests.
  • Support SharePoint and OneDrive content migrations as part of acquisition integrations; coordinate with the Senior Analyst for tenant-to-tenant migration workstreams.
  • Maintain SharePoint and OneDrive governance documentation: site inventory, permission structures, and lifecycle policies.

Microsoft Teams Collaboration Governance — Primary Platform

  • Administer Teams lifecycle controls, naming policies, expiration policies, guest and external access configurations, and channel governance under Senior Analyst-defined standards.
  • Manage Teams app permission policies; maintain the approved app catalog and coordinate third-party app governance with InfoSec.
  • Monitor Teams usage and adoption; produce reporting for leadership and identify governance gaps or policy violations.
  • Support Teams environment rationalization during acquisition integrations.

Power Platform — Primary Owner

  • Serve as the primary administrator for Power Platform: Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Forms, environment governance, and DLP policy management.
  • Administer Power Platform environments: provision environments, enforce DLP policies, govern connector usage, and manage license assignments for premium features.
  • Support Power Platform users and citizen developers: troubleshoot flow failures, assist with app deployment, and guide governance compliance.
  • Identify and support high-value automation use cases with business stakeholders; build or coordinate Power Automate solutions that reduce manual operational toil.

Compliance Reporting & Security Posture

  • Support the Senior Analyst with Microsoft Purview compliance reporting: label adoption reports, DLP dashboards, audit log queries, and compliance posture summaries.
  • Monitor Microsoft Secure Score trends; identify improvement opportunities and report findings to the Senior Analyst.

Cross-Training & Documentation

  • Maintain working proficiency in Exchange Online basics and Entra ID fundamentals to cover the M365 & Identity Analyst II during absences or surge periods.
  • Create and maintain runbooks, SOPs, and change records in ServiceDesk Plus; participate in the Change Advisory Board (CAB).
  • Participate in the M365 & Identity on-call rotation (~20% of the time) and provide Tier 2/3 escalation support.

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of hands-on Microsoft 365 administration experience in an enterprise environment.
  • Strong SharePoint Online and OneDrive administration experience: site collection management, permissions governance, external sharing controls, storage management, Tier 2/3 incident resolution, and Microsoft Search (Unified Search) configuration and schema management.
  • Solid Microsoft Teams administration experience: lifecycle controls, guest access governance, app management, naming and expiration policies.
  • Working experience with Power Platform administration: Power Automate, Power Apps, environment governance, and DLP policy configuration.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Purview compliance dashboards, audit log queries, and label adoption reporting.
  • Working PowerShell skills for M365 administration and reporting; Power Automate scripting experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Secure Score and M365 security posture reporting.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage concurrent operational tasks independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Preferred: Microsoft MS-102 certification or actively working toward it.
  • Preferred: Power Platform certification (PL-200 or PL-900) or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Preferred: experience with SharePoint or OneDrive content migrations as part of M&A integrations.
  • Preferred: experience supporting manufacturing or multi-site industrial environments.

Why ProAmpac

  • Join a nearly $5 billion packaging company scaling rapidly through acquisition with a major infrastructure modernization underway.
  • Own the collaboration and productivity layer of the M365 stack, SharePoint, Teams, and Power Platform, at a scale that keeps growing as new sites and companies come online.
  • Clear career growth path on the M365 & Identity team ladder, with development opportunities in identity, compliance, and senior-level M365 engineering.
  • Professional development support including training and certification opportunities.

Location and Work Arrangement

This is a 100% remote position. Candidates must be based in the United States and able to work during US business hours. Eastern or Central time zones are preferred for team collaboration.

Travel: This position may require occasional travel (up to 10%) for site visits or team meetings.

Additional Information

This role includes participation in a rotating on-call schedule to support the M365 stack. Escalations for service-impacting issues may occur outside standard business hours (8am–6pm).
