The Role
We’re looking for an M365 Architect who thrives on solving real business challenges and shaping how modern workplaces operate.
As a senior member of our Professional Services team in the Modern Work practice, you’ll lead high-impact discovery and pre-sales engagements—partnering with clients to uncover their needs, define the right solutions, and clearly articulate the value behind them. You don’t just design solutions; you influence decisions.
This role is a true blend of pre-sales (50%) and post-sales (50%) consulting, giving you full ownership from the first conversation through successful delivery. You’ll architect, scope, and implement Microsoft 365 solutions while serving as a trusted advisor every step of the way, guiding clients through complex decisions and ensuring outcomes that are both technically sound and business-driven.
Responsibilities
Technical Requirements
Experience with the Microsoft Partner ecosystem including Solution Partner designations, Advanced Specializations, and how to achieve them.
Insight into Microsoft programs and customer funding mechanisms including ECIF.
Knowledge and experience with many of the following technologies as possible:
Core Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Entra ID Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive for Business.
Microsoft 365 GCC High in support of regulated environments specifically the Defense Industrial Base.
Installation, configuration, and optimization of Entra ID Connect in large complex AD environments.
Microsoft Purview, including Information Protection and Rights Management.
Microsoft Intune for Mobile and Windows Autopilot, app deployment, device lifecycle, configuration profiles.
Microsoft Defender Suite, including Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Cloud Apps, and Defender for Identity.
Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio.
Power Platform, including Power Automate and Copilot Agents.
Azure Virtual Desktop and Windows 365 Endpoint management.
Quest On Demand Migration tools and/or 3rd party migration solutions.
Microsoft Certifications or the ability to achieve them during the first 6-12 months:
Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (MS-102)
Cybersecurity Architect Expert (SC-100)
Security Operations Analyst Associate (SC-200)
Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300)
Information Protection Administrator Associate (SC-401)
Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
