The Infrastructure Engineer IIhassupport-level subject matterexpertiseinthe full Microsoft365 suiteand Microsoft Exchange This positionprovidestechnicalexpertiseand customersupportforthe organizationalcollaboration platforms within the Microsoft 365 portfolioand Microsoft Exchange,including Teams,SharePointand Email Installs, supports, andmaintainscorecollaborationsolutionsandmailflowalong with dependent ecosystemssuch as application deployment, 3rdparty integrationsand security policyadherence Evaluates and recommendsimprovements andupgrade cycles covering the entireM365 and Exchange environment Performs technical analyses ofsupported solutionsusing various diagnostic tools in support of efficient operations Provides escalation support for end user support teams for supported systems.

Responsibilities
Supports cloud/private infrastructureforglobalM365 and Exchangeconfigurationmanagement,securityand3rdparty appintegration Provideslifecyclemanagementsuch as patchingforsupported systems.

Creates and maintains runbooks, documentation, and other knowledge artifacts. Establishes and maintains service definitions and standards for core services.

Provides monitoring and alerting that produce actionable alerts.

Performs incident response, keep-the-lights-on, and on-call responsibilities.

Provides capacity planning and management.

Provides auditable controls to ensure access to the systemsaresecure.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, applicable certification or equivalent experience.

  • Typically requires1-2+years of professional experience, andstrongproficiencywith tools, systems, and proceduresrequiredtoaccomplishthe job(primarily M365 admin role)

  • Moderateand continuouslydevelopingskillsleveragingExchange and M365suite of Apps

  • Strong understanding and knowledge of Active Directory and Entra identity (Groups, Users, Security roles, etc.)

  • 1+ yearstroubleshooting and resolving complexmailflowand 3rdparty app integrations.

  • Experience administeringMicrosoft Intunea plus but not required

  • Travel: None

  • Work Schedule: IST overlap with PST hours (M-F, 12:30-9:30pm IST) plus rotating 24x7 on-call

Typical Office: Generally sedentary for prolonged periods, may occasionally require ability to move about or adjust/move items weighing up to 10 lbs. in all directions; Constantly requires collaboration and the ability to communicate with others to exchange information while in a typical office setting. Collaboration is generally conducted in person unless the role has been pre-approved for remote work.
